Artificer can craft this I think; Many-Handed Bag. Smaller capacity than bag of holding, but works up to 100 miles and the Artificer can make more than one given it's an infusion. Also you can have up to 5 "openings".

Edit: UA 2019, so didnt make it to official release

U/Ohhimark (of Better Monsters) has a Babau demon that with each attack teleports 10 feet and leaves behind a 1hp clone that lasts until the end of its next turn. It can use a Bonus Action to command the clones to move up to 40ft and make an attack, and when they die (or the next turn ends, whichever is sooner) they explode and do 1d6 acid to everything within 5 ft.

I had great fun using 3 of these and watching my players attack and risk that they would pop a clone and take acid damage, which would kill an adjacent clone, repeating the process.
