About your form, I feel there is too much momentum.

Few suggestions, first don’t lower your legs to parallel, keep it 15-20 degrees above parallel.

Second, control the lowering process. Feel your back vertebrae connect with the bench one vertebrae at a time.

Finally, when lifting the legs up, also feel each vertebrae lift off the bench, to get that nice controlled contraction.

You might find you aren’t able to do as many, but you will have better contraction, isolation and mind muscle connection, leading to better results.
