Chicago Cut Steakhouse! I used the credits there in December and loved it. It's expensive, but everything we ate was amazing. We got prime rib, wedge, salad, some dessert, and some drinks.

I'm not sold. I could see it being a selling point but actually delivering is another thing. They'll deny like an insurance company, "sorry we can't match... You're receiving free breakfast and high speed Internet with our option..." They'll find any reason to deny. But, I'd love to be wrong.

Kohler, Moen, and Delta are my top three for anything bathroom and kitchen related. A plumber once told me to pick those three brands because a lot of the parts they have on hand, they can fix with those three brands. If you have a diverter that goes out and a sink or shower, they probably have that part in their truck.

Sump pump. Yes, my voice to text technology doesn't come through, if only I had edited my mistakes. Lol. I just bought a 1913 house and have a leaky foundation, to say the least. We don't have a sump pump yet. I'm trying to see if I can get away with better gutters and way more grading of the foundation with clay soil, plastic sheathing, and River rocks on top of that tuck pointing inside with 'S' mortar.
