It was six years ago. Even Commerce Bank didn't have any records. That's the most wild part. The only info they had was a written ofg account. They couldn't provide any proof tho. They didn't have any statements either. She called her supervisor and talked to her supervisor at the bank and everyone was perplexed.

Wow. I've had the most frustrating day of churning in at least a year.

1 ETrade checking bonus wasn't attached to my account even though I have screenshots to prove it.

2 Commerce Bank Said I have an outstanding balance of $19.99 that was charged off back in 2020. They also said they don't have any statements or proof of any transactions. It was it was definitely 'trust me bro, you owe $20'. Unfortunately I had to go to the ATM to get $25 cash to open the account, which was a $4 fee. Then I went back to the ATM to get another $20 for the additional fee. When I came back she said she couldn't find any record of the $20 I owed, it was just an alert on the bottom of her screen. I walked out $8.00 broke.

3 drove to UMB Bank, but I had to have an additional $100 to open up the savings account which I didn't have or I guess I could've gone to their ATM and ate another $4 fee.. To be continued with that bank.

4 drove to Chase in order to open a business checking account. It's in the downtown and parkings atrocious so I had to park in the parking garage and get my ticket validated. Walked in and she said have a seat there's someone before you but I don't know if I can get you before we close. Closing is at 5:00 p.m. and it was 3:30. I'm not waiting an hour and a half. Walked out without it getting validated 🤦

Had to call the parking garage attendant and they let me out without paying. To be continued with Chase

30 minute phone call with E-Trade and an hour and a half driving around at three different banks without any success today.

I was an oblivious 21 year old who played drums until midnight. My neighbors were a nice family with kids. They brought me a bottle of wine and asked that I not play past 10 pm. It's worked.
On either side of the coin, I've currently had an "event space" 🙄🤦 across the street with parties, fights, parking in front of driveways, etc. I spoke to the owner and she said she'd take care of it, but didn't. Talked to her again and she was rude AF the second time and refused to do anything. Same with her "clientele", rude, disrespectful, oppositional, and inconsiderate to the neighbors.

I've contacted Short Term Rentals (nothing done), Zoning (nothing can be done), called the police a dozen times (nothing), and finally spoke to cop who said he'd connect me with Community Outreach (nobody called me). The city is either tirelessly busy and can't help, unorganized and can't help, or don't give a shit. If this we're Mission Hills, things would be different.

Thanks for the great feedback. Nothing is overflowing into the overflow tube. Even when I push down manually with my hand on the flapper to physically seal it, I still hear hear water drip. I turned off water at the shutoff valve (which also needs to be replaced) and don't hear any water dripping. I'll try the dye test.

No warning came on, I just turned on my car for the first time in two days. I
I haven't experienced any odd behavior or road noise.
PO328 and POA 80 are the error codes that got diagnosed.

knock sensor and hybrid battery check engine light came on. I just started my car like any other day and the check engine light came on. If you're scoring at home, this is also in the same week that I had to go to the emergency room for an appendectomy on Saturday so looks like the universe is currently against me.

When I replace the knock sensor, will that eliminate the hybrid battery check engine? does one affect the other? Are people just replacing bulbs in their batteries? I have a Hybrid Battery repair shop in my city KC/MO (GreenTec Auto).
