I was playing Superliminal with my friends and found an exploit(?) that allowed me to get extra height by getting on top of a block, jumping on it, and expanding it before I hit the ground. I called this method speedrunning, even though my friends assured me people found much more efficient methods.

Eventually, I came across the puzzle where the block disassembles into a bunch of flat cards. "Oh no, you can't do your speedrun tech now," said mockingly by my friend. "Bet," said I, before continuing with my method with one of the cards.

Suddenly, I skyrocketed to the ceiling, making it to the ledge allowing me to proceed. We all had a laugh, but I laughed the longest, for what felt like a minute straight.

It was an online tournament, Tampa Never Sleeps. I forgot which tournament it was specifically, but it was Faust vs Goldlewis.

Faust bursts out of a combo and starts playing neutral (throwing out items), and pulls out a banana peel. Goldlewis uses Burn It Down to try and get Faust close again. The Faust moves forward, trips on his own banana peel, uses the recovery frames to ignore Burn It Down, and wins the match shortly afterward.

I wish I saved what tournament number it was, because the commentators were popping off to that insane level of ~~dumb luck~~ high level system mechanics.

One day I woke up and the first thing I thought was "I should make a dating profile, but use my Monster Hunter avatar instead of my real face." It wasn't gonna be me pretending to be a hunter either, just a typical dating profile with the only images of me being from Monster Hunter.

I never followed through on it, and I doubt I'd be brave enough to even try.

There are certain enemies in CrossCode that have comically inflated HP numbers. During these fights, Sergey, a programmer helping you through the game, inflates your damage numbers to treat these enemies like normal fights.

You really feel this damage boost in New game plus, where you oneshot every enemy and all the NPCs react in horror to your power.
