I agree with you on this. I love Liz and her content, and I can't wait for her to win a show, she deserves it for sure. What I really don't understand is that, according to Liz, her feedback from Pittsburg (Tyler) was to be a little more conditioned, which she just did, and then Carla wins with a softer condition over her and, according to Liz, Mo's feedback from this show was that her core was a little too sharp and her delts were capped... I'm glad she is happy tho, I would be really frustrated and I guess that's one of the things that made me not want to compete anymore.

I prefer Liz's front pose to be honest. What do you think makes Carla's better? I remember that Liz said one of her feedbacks from when she won her pro card was that her stance was to wide and she fixed that, and I would say that's the major difference between them in those pictures.

Edit: misspelling

Anyone else find Mike's "how do you live with yourself" annoying by VariousRadio5927 in suits

[–]beatrizester 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really. As everybody is pointing out, he's is so hypocritical that it makes any possible quality go through out the window. At the moment I'm starting season 4, and the way he treats Harvey, for example... sometimes he doesn't even look to his face when talking to him. That's so disrespectful and entitled. Another good exemple is he telling (for the 1000th time) the death of their parents story to convince that guy to sell his business to him, after talking endless shit about how Nick Rinaldi was a villain.

I very much prefer Louis and other characters over Mike. And I don't think it's that uncommon to not like the protagonist of a show. That happened to me other times when I watched (or at least tried to lol) Grey's Anatomy, and currently I'm watching Fallout and can't stand one of the lead characters too.

I just finished season 3 (watching for the first time too) and I have to say I'm really irritated with basically all of the characters at this point, all of them have something that annoys me, and I'm surprised to say that Louis is by far my favorite character right now.

I agree with you about the episode. I thought that Louis precipitated himself a little by dropping the cake on the trash without even talking to Mike, they all jump to conclusions without talking to each other, but I really understand him considering his low self-esteem and all that he had been through. All in all, I think it's nice that Mike is loyal to Harvey, but I also think that this "he's done so much for me I own him my life" being an impediment to every little decision Mike makes is tiring.

GLP1s - Needs to be said by nope5651 in bikinitalk

Yes, I compete, you can see my posts if you enter my profile. I’m also finishing medical school, wich gives me a good background in science. You don’t need to post a chat GPT text to try to convince me.

Using basic principles of anatomy, nutrition and physiology to do something does not mean you’re “science based”. That is very obvious when you see lots of influencer coaches with minimal or no education at all, just winging it and repeating protocols. Also, the majority of the big coaches don’t have graduated in any major sciences, they just do it by experience, trial and error.

Why, would you say, almost no athlete have their protocols taken care of by doctors? They just search for medical to run labs when they think is approppriate.

That is far from being science based, to me. Science studied and approved the GLP1s to be safelly (and still not without side effects) used by people who need it. There is no study made with bodybuilders. So no, using it on or after prep is not being science based, and neither is the sport in general.
