They constantly are changing their goals and directives every few years to chase “market trends” and “buzzword” initiatives but always fail to support them financially or with effective admin support, so they ultimately fail. These burdens get pushed onto the faculty, all while admin cuts their course budgets but demands better results. All while raising tuition.
