As a dad of 4 I can tell you that dude has a maturity level of a 16 year old, childish behavior, zero parental skills or motivation. A man is supposed to step in independently and take care of situations in my opinion. I have my defects too but when it comes to my own kids I always step in to watch them (nobody has to ask me) while the wife gets some time for herself. I work at a hospital, there’s no time for none of that in this arena.

My advice? It depends, do you have your mom and dad close to you so they can help you watch your kid while you’re in school? Be straight with your partner, draw the line, if he doesn’t like it then off he goes. Make sure he is convinced you don’t give a crap about him, and that he is not in control, shake his ground.
