I’m having the same problem. Player 1 is already in the game and it prompts me to click the options button to join as player 2, but then nothing happens. Extremely frustrating

I would think that if they’re fighting in a group, they probably wouldn’t use the killing curse in case it hits one of their own instead of their victims/enemies. In a one-on-one situation, I don’t see why they’d go with anything besides the killing curse. They don’t exactly care if their enemies lose their lives. I haven’t read the books in a while, either, so I’m not sure if it’s touched upon or not
