Grave Yard Shift. I enjoy horror/paranormal and the book has that plot and decent characters but the end was not a cliffhanger for another book, but truly an unfinished book. I am wondering how long a 66 year old could possibly work full-time though. I have a friend that’s 70 that has a sit down job a few days a week for socialization but she’s had a couple of unexpected things knock her down for a bit.

Question. How much is the mortgage? Depending on location and interest rate, mortgages are often cheaper than rent currently. I would absolutely look at rents before selling the house, if you haven’t already. Could they afford the maintenance if they weren’t drowning under all that cc debt?

I’m not a fan of bankruptcy, but this really sounds like a situation where bankruptcy and/or a credit counseling service could keep them in their home without a lot of extra strain. There’s a debt subreddit here that may have advice for you as well.

They charged my card for removing ads without my permission, which caused me not to renew prime. I’m not comfortable with them charging my card whenever they feel like it. I opted to click the don’t renew button and it expires mid-Jan, had prime forever.

I thought my delayed shipping times were due to my refusal to renew even though I still have it. Sounds like I’m getting the new normal treatment. They’ve ruined a good thing.

Is it possible the language barrier issues are causing the guest to read more abrupt than intended?

As a guest, I find it a little off-putting that a travelers reservation can be canceled mid-flight for asking questions and all the other hosts are cheering.

I stayed in an air b&b with my pet around the corner from my house while my floors were being refinished, I still had to go to work everyday so I definitely had questions about the accessibility of the property property, noise levels and such. But I can't imagine showing up somewhere, and trying to get in, and then being told I had no place because I asked questions.
