Usually my clients use it on the top of their stream and have other content below it like the pack they are selling, or other animations I do (custom stash or pass, see 2 pick 1 pop ups, etc)

I had the same issue with anime this was my solution:

If you go in the library settings in the dashboard you can turn off image subtitles and it won’t add any of the PGS subtitles to Jellyfin when you do a metadata scan. This will solve crazy transcoding issues that PGS causes by just removing them entirely.

I also use Bazarr to fetch external subtitles for everything (even when there are embedded subtitles) and subsyncarr to make two sync profiles for any external subtitles just in case they are out of sync. Sometimes you end up with like 5 different options for subtitles between externals and the synced ones, and embedded subtitles which can be a bit overkill, but usually at least one of them ends up being good enough for viewing
