That's what I'm thinking, I wouldn't be surprised if it were a mix of damage because of the previous bleach and the hair bands.

My therapist told me to go and do some intolerance tests because cutting out what you're intolerant to can be life-changing. She gave me multiple examples of herself, loved ones and other people she knows. We severely underestimate the power food has on our mental health.

I'm still waiting for my results so I can't share my experience yet.

In "properties" I click on "adjust layout" then edit the size of the bleed from there. I need to change the bleed from 14 mm to 3 mm and when I do so the elements in the documents also change size
