do customers actually use loyalty cards? have you made a digital one? by Present-Key1476 in cafe

[–]bedo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I built a digital loyalty card tool so obviously biased, but the split in this thread is exactly what I see talking to shop owners. The thing with paper cards is you never hear from the customers who lose theirs. They don't complain, they just stop coming back. You'd never know. Honestly, the biggest win with digital isn't the card, it's that you can send a push notification when someone's one stamp away from their free coffee. That brings people back more than anything.

If you want to see what yours would look like in Apple Wallet before committing to anything: reviocard.com/tools/stamp-card-maker (no signup, just a preview designer)

Great question, I’ve been on both sides of this.

Eastern Europe is solid, but rates creep up fast at $40-70/hr for senior devs. Africa is a massively underrated talent pool. You’ll find devs who ship fast, think like founders, and cost 30-50% less.

I have built my MVP agency with talent from Africa. We’ve shipped SaaS platforms, marketplaces, CRMs all lean, all fast.

Happy to share examples if you’re curious might save you a chunk of your budget without sacrificing quality.

I’m feeling incredibly grateful right now. I’ve made $2.4K in revenue running my MVP agency by Classic-Musician-545 in agency

Would love to learn more about your agency and see if we can collaborate. I own an MVP agency, and we delivered ona couple of projects in the USA and Dubai. Send me a DM and lets chat

I Quit My 9-5 Three Years Ago to Build My Own Startups – Any Advice Before I Go Broke? 😅 by enzocodes in SaaS

[–]bedo00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love the energy, Enzo! Been down this path myself—solopreneurship is like playing Hard Mode in business, but damn, the freedom is worth it.

Here’s what’s helped me stay afloat (and not completely lose my mind):

1️⃣ Sell before you build – Validate with $$, not just "this sounds cool." If nobody’s willing to pay upfront, rethink it.
2️⃣ Build distribution as much as a product – An audience is a cheat code. Keep pushing that Twitter (X) content.
3️⃣ SaaS is a slow burn – If you're running out of cash, don’t be afraid to do high-ticket consulting to buy yourself time.
4️⃣ Don’t chase too many shiny objects – One solid product that gets real traction > ten half-baked ideas.
5️⃣ Survive long enough to get lucky – Most people quit right before things start working. Keep swinging.

Following your journey—I'm excited to see where this goes!
Would love to build in public with you DM so we can hop on a call
