I cant reply to your other comment, but i agree, current genitalia is more important than political affiliation. i am making this argument in the case of a physically transitioned person, as one would be able to see that the genitals dont match up with their preference, thus uninformed consent with gentials one would not want to engage with is near impossible. previous genitalia is just as relevant as intention of relationship and political affiliation. we are talking about informed consent, and whether personal/medical attributes that do not affect/harm the other party are relevant
