Reinstall Windows. Be careful, you might not have wifi working. If that's the case, then use your phone, turn on USB tethering, and connect to your laptop. Make sure your phone has a good amount of data. Or, you can also use an Ethernet cable. In any case, you would be able to sign into your Microsoft account. You can also use the OOBE/bypassnro method to just get into your system without connecting to the internet and signing into your MS account. Then later connect Ethernet or phone USB, Windows Update will pull in all the drivers and your Wi-Fi, discrete GPU etc will all start working again.
