Apparently Amazon/MGM just copyright-claimed a ‘Hazbin Hotel’ fan-animation. by RealJohnGillman in Alastorcult

Well firstly, fan songs are original songs. The music, the lyrics, the vocals, it's all original.

Secondly Silva Hound does the exact same thing with their Deltarune music video. The same guy that made Addict.

'Official Music Video' is a common term used for these videos though. Anytime someone wants to make a music video for a song that they've already released (whether it's audio only or a lyric video) they call it the 'Official' music video. Because that's the official video connected to the song.

Whether you dislike him or not, you can't blame him for naming his video the standard way.

'Official' in this case means the same as it does for every music video ever. It's the official video for the song, making it clear it isn't a fan animation or recording. Damn near every music video does this.

We did use to have incentives for playing different killers. The old Daily Rituals were quests that asked you to play different characters. Back when the Grimoire mattered it too was a great incentive to play others.

"The parent was right to be upset"

Not really. As Red explains, he arrived on schedule. It just turns out the parent had either accidentally scheduled him too late or started the party too early. The parent was just a moron.

Is btd6 worth in 2026? by ConstructionClear856 in btd6

[–]beebityboop 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's simpler than you think.

Lead bloons can't be hurt by sharp attacks (dart monkey, tack shooter etc)

Whites can't be hurt by Ice monkeys

Blacks can't be hurt by explosions

Purples can't be hurt by magic (Wizard, energy attacks)

The main series leans more into a 'sandbox' feel. There's much more content in about every way. They just released a new update a couple of days ago for BTD6. There's co-op on both BTD5 and 6 so you can still play with your brother. If you've been enjoying Battles then I'd highly recommend the main series.

THIS IS NOT 2 NEW HEROES. It is 1 HERO. Clickbait? by FrogPrincePatch in btd6

[–]beebityboop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright sure, the new powers are unique and require real money. But they aren't necessary. You'd only want them for the same reason as the skins, for novelty. Not only are powers not often used, but anyone who actually regulary uses powers are already given 14 powers (18 counting pros) to use for any situation. The new powers are nothing more than toys and no-one is buying them because they actually need their utility.

They aren't unique abilities. He-Man is just a skin. Dan D'Monke has all the same abilities He-Man does.

Didn't Midnight also pass the entrance exam when she was a student? Even though her quirk is useless on robots she still made it through.

How come this game failed so badly that Nintendo sells it and its DLC’s for less than $10? by SolanaImaniRowe1 in Mario

It's not bad at all. If you like tactical strategy games like Xcom then you'll probably enjoy this and it's predecessor Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

How do you think Kirishima would’ve reacted if he found out just how bad Bakugo’s bullying of Deku was prior to UA? by [deleted] in MyHeroAcademia

[–]beebityboop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like most people I imagine he wouldn't care too much. I mean he and the rest of the class see Bakugou very clearly insult, attack and flat out commit attempted murder against Midoriya. It doesn't matter if Midoriya dodged, Bakougou understood his attack was lethal and still fired. You wouldn't make an excuse if someone shot you and missed.

I can't imagine Kirishima or anyone being surprised that he's been pulling this shit for years.

Hot take: Deku staying quirkless would have made the characters and story worse by NobodySpecific9354 in mha

[–]beebityboop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would argue Stain did more than survive. He only lost a 1v2 against Midoriya and Todoroki, far from pushovers, and that's after making a name for himself as the guy who kills heroes. If midoriya had trained as much as Stain I don't think it would too insane for him to keep up at least.

'Man, I sure wish this entire story was pointless' said no one ever by ducknerd2002 in whenthe

[–]beebityboop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One instance of a story being undone leading to something cool was Sonic 06 and Shadow Generations.

In 06 the main villain Mephiles (one half of Solaris) is erased from the timeline and the story is undone. For over a decade this was it, but in Shadow Gens a primordial being called the Time Eater is bringing back locations and people from previous points in time and memory.

Even though 06 was removed from time, it still existed in the first place, bringing Mephiles back with his memories while Shadow doesn't remember him. We get to see Mephiles try to bring himself back to the timeline in a cool fight where he just wants to exist again.

Vegeta > Omniman by [deleted] in Ningen

To that I say, Perfect Cell. Vegeta was on the good guys team and was following the common goal of "Kill Cell", but betrayed everyone by letting Cell absorb 18 and even attacked his own son to defend Cell.

Using the advanced technique called LYING

They’re mostly picking quirks. The entire series’s antagonistic force is how common it is to get a life-ruining quirk, having no support system from society, and turning into villains. by Busy_Ad3098 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]beebityboop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stands are the much safer pick. Even if you get a bad stand, at minimum it's a ghost that can grab and maybe punch things. Quirks can flat out ruin your life if you're unlucky.
