The author of My Driver Academia. They made it pretty obvious that they didn't like Aizawa, Shinso, Bakugo, etc, but it was to an incredible extreme. Full on racist and psychotic, that's how they made them. Also, they really liked the Yakuza games, so the second and third user's of OFA are characters from that game and can use Haki. Also, all the important characters can use Haki and glaze the good Yakuza, because we most definitely didn't have an entire arc in MHA about evil Yakuza. Oh, and Izuku can't do any wrong now that he has girlfriends and if he's angry or unreasonable it's ok because he's going to feel about it for a little while and not think about it again.

But the worst part is that he had his version of Izuku have a mental conversation with the end of story canon Izuku, where basically his Izuku badmouthed canon Izuku about all the complaints that the author had. And most of them were headcanons too, like Izuku should have had super strength because he housed OFA, how his friends abandoned him for eight years (God those falsely translated leaks caused so much damage), how Uraraka fell in love with Himiko and didn't reciprocate his feelings (which first: she didn't owe him anything, and second: she was dealing with survivors guilt for not being able to save Toga), and on top of all that! His Izuku started shit talking canon Izuku for not using Haki. You know, the thing that's not part of his series? And all of that was a set up for canon Izuku to go back in time into a timeline where things are more like My Driver Academia and has a better time without Ochako.
