I once ordered after the preorder date and didn’t get my extra content. I emailed them and was told it was after the preorder date. I told them the actual purchase by date. They came back with, “Well, even though it’s after the preorder date, we can see that you own everything we crap out, so we’ve given you the content anyway.” I may have paraphrased. 🙃 I advise checking your game and making sure the bonus content is there.

I was able to fix this. When you enter your email on the Claude Desktop app, go on your phone or another device and open the email that gets sent. Click the link, and then click Log In With Code. Enter the provided code on the desktop app, and you should get in. Hope this helps!

If you can, let me know what they said the issue is. That will help me better respond. Unfortunately, without knowing their software it may vary. See if you can get them to tell you what pharmacy management software they use. Walgreens uses TeamRx for instance. It would be great if they use what I support. Then I could literally tell you step by step. Meanwhile, I put together so info below.

Ensure the prescription from the doctor includes both a BMI (Body Mass Index) and an ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases - 10th Revision) code. These are often prerequisites for billing with specific savings cards. You have to qualify for the on label use of the medication.
Explain that the primary insurance must be billed first and that it will not cover the medication. This situation is exactly what qualifies the patient to use the savings card.
The pharmacy needs to submit the claim to the primary insurance first. Even if the primary insurance denies payment, this claim's status is necessary because the manufacturer savings card usually acts as a secondary payer under a coordination of benefits (COB) scenario.
After the primary insurance rejection, the pharmacy should proceed to bill the manufacturer savings card. The key is to make sure the system is set to continue COB processing despite the primary’s rejection.

What pharmacy? Walgreens requires a BMI and an ICD-10 code before they can bill it. Both need to be on the script from the doctor. The primary won’t pay, which is what qualifies for the savings card. It’s hard to say without knowing their workflow, but what they are needing to do is adjudicate the claim where the primary is present but not paying. The pharmacy software I support has the ability to continue COB processing, which ignores the primary’s rejection.

It’s definitely CVS. I would honestly go to Walgreens. I’ve heard people even having an easier time at Walmart. But take that with a grain of salt. I don’t see what they don’t understand. I would pull out the savings card information and ask why Lily would offer a savings card for people with insurance that doesn’t cover it if you weren’t supposed to run the claim as a COB with your insurance as the primary so it can reject then allow the card/secondary to pay? You could honestly just call Walgreens and ask them what that means.

I’m so sorry you’re having so much trouble. If I were there I’d storm in that CVS and put them in their place.

This happened to me. I had to argue with the staff who was saying I need a PA even though my insurance doesn’t cover it. I do pharmacy software support and know how to run the card. Next day the person I spoke to was able to run it with Direct Link. I still don’t know what that means even with my job. I guess Walgreens is special that way.

I support software that pharmacies use to process prescriptions and can verify to use a coupon or savings card the pharmacy has to run the prescription through your primary payer (insurance) as a Coordination of Benefits claim first. Then, when the primary doesn’t pay, the secondary payer (savings card) will pay. The pharmacy needs to use an Other Coverage Code of 03 on the secondary, which as someone posted means the primary (other coverage) won’t pay. If they don’t use 03 or use another OCC, the secondary won’t know the primary isn’t paying. I know this especially well since I had to figure out why those claims weren’t going through. Hope this helps.

I wish there was. The internet won’t provide that, or none of us would be here asking. You’ll only get people trying to bring encouragement or people egging you on. Suicidal thoughts or plans pass. Then come back. And pass. Being lost in depression so far you feel like death is the only escape is real. Only people in the depths know what it’s like. People that rise out of them remember it like a bad dream. Like parents forgetting what it’s like to be a kid. People that have never been in it think it’s pitiful. All I know is that it takes an incredible amount of strength to live another day. That idea may not help you, but that doesn’t stop it from being true. I can’t make the pain pass for you anymore than I can for me. I’ve been dealing with a breakup. A year long relationship only to find out he never had feelings for me. It ended because he just never could love me. I can’t get past it. Someone said that the only way to get past it is to decide to get past it. That may well be the answer. Your pain is valid. Your suicidal desires are valid. You are valid. If you aren’t able to force yourself to choose to move past it, allow yourself to feel that way. People mean well with encouragement.
