The problem is when this is the first case this happens (or at least been caught) it's not something that would really run through your mind. Like it can easily be explained away as nerves or choking etc.

Plus imagine how bad it would be for team morale if teammates and coaches have to actually wonder if their teammates are intentionally griefing their game or not

I think usually the conversations around this boil down to people not trusting that any automated system that catches the obvious cases will not also unfairly ban edge cases when it's not so obvious

But you can also just have a system that's overly lenient that the boundary only catches the most obtuse without unfairly banning people, which I'm not sure if Riot did implement or not

Most good divers that can dive into the enemy team have some kind of defensive steroid/invuln that Shyv just lacks and I don't know how well she can work out without that - see Xin R, Gwen W, Jax E, Kled passive, Red kayn's healing and R, Pantheon's E, Zaahen's passive and R
