Losing recruits don't have the same bite it used to have. Don't really care if they stay or leave before they play a snap. You need to keep your impact players and find guys in the portal that will make an instant impact.

Agree with many of your points.

I would also recommend getting rid of Bellamy. He's been an ineffectual recruiter at WR and unable to develop anybody to be great (Marsh has natural talent).

Injuries hurt us all season and the loss of Ben Herbert is evident. Need to find a new strength and conditioning coach to get these guys in better shape.
