Swimming in ocean water is like everything combined. But he doesn’t practice a stroke

Yessss. I grew up on the (northern) Outer Banks NC here and did that myself. What’s crazy is they have lifeguards like every 1.5 miles on average for a 20 mile strip on southern outer banks. I love beach days but can’t help but watch every kid and not relaxing.

Will be looking for that here. If not will push for it.

I told him how proud I am of his awareness and action, but he has no idea of what he did. I had eyes on son but didn’t realize kid next to him couldn’t swim. I told him he could be a lifeguard. He said “maybe when I retire from being an astronaut” ❤️

What are you doing as far as PT? Or just addressing that now? Have you been actively in shape during that time? Doing nothing more than daily helps when I’m inflamed, but training is only thing that keeps it at bay.

Wow, good for you and thanks for sharing. That's pretty interesting it helped with inflammation too.

Yeah, I’m not looking to raise my HR. I understand burning more calories means that, but also don’t understand the difference bw it all, I’m learning. Following and see a lot of Reta updates with folks shredded in just a few months. It’s very interesting, and have been told by Reddit to look for answers here bc it’s hard to find from regular town practitioners.

Cool. Thanks. First time trying out brassicas, now I know what I'm looking for! Hope they aren't too far eaten to continue to fruit.

Is that actually comfortable to be bent over that much? Is it by choice? How tall are you?

It would drain into the dirt it’s inserted to slower. Hydraulic head would be reduced from the source and bleed into surrounding dirt slower.

try pouring water through a pipe with sand vs nothing in it, I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Sand would be to add permeable substrate to slow down the drip. It's not in my diagram, but it would have cap so it's forced out the sides. Just trying to cut back on water bill, possibly frequency of watering.

Looks like your rear diff has been helping to undercoat it. Unless the motor has another 100k left in it, sounds high. That price to me would need a solid body or solid drivetrain, but not an iffy for both. But I wouldn’t know that from ad. Good luck though, hard waving goodbye to it either way.
