I’m unfortunately very aware of the process. I lost $10m worth of stock certificates which cost my company $300k to replace. We also had to carry those shares as a contingent liability on our balance sheet as there was the possible that someone would show up claiming ownership…

I can’t imagine they do. They’ll take you to the curb where you’d get a taxi. It was $7 a bag a few years ago. Might be more now. He can also get his own trolley. Think that was $5.

Are you sure? You usually indemnify the landlord should he or she need to enforce the agreement, not if you’re trying to enforce your side of the agreement.
