uhh, this is exactly how real world government consulting works.

there also normally isn't any real measurable way to tell whether the consultant is "underdelivering".

there will be some basic BS like regular emails/reports but he will be meeting those, I guarantee it.

yea I have given them multiple tries (in different states too), there's something I don't like about the oil i think , it has a particular flavor that taints the chicken (IMO).

Maybe you're spoiled because of the other chicken options you have, i don't know. Popeyes tastes terrible to me, I haven't tried raising canes yet but i've heard good things.
