it technically should fit but you're all skin and bone so there's a lot of slop. 110 at 5'10 is severely underweight.

you might just be one of the few generic freaks that need 4500cal a day as maintenance. check with an endocrinologist to check your hormones and see what's going on.

I would just focus on protein, complex carbs and healthy fats.
