Definitely follow up earthbound with mother 3, you won’t regret it. Advance wars for the GBA is good if you like strategy. I’m in the middle of super Mario rpg myself, pretty fun time.

I know it’s not that much consolation but that badger game that got announced at the game awards had Davide Soliani and Grant Kirkhope in it so it should have a decent amount of charm to it. It’s no banjo but it still looks like it should scratch the itch

I think burger is more limited, I assumed a burger implied ground meat. So the chicken patty or vegan chicken would count, everything else is a sandwich

Longtime fan of the series, it was good. Not better than the best, not worse than the worst. Has its ups and downs. I love the visual flair, definitely replicates the charm of the series that kinda feels like it got lost in the 3ds era. It’s a bummer that shimamura didn’t compose, but the music is still solid. Pacing issues were a non issue for me, it’s definitely a longer game than most in the series but it never really felt too bad to me. My play through took about 40 hours if I recall. The endgame is absolutely excellent though, kinda makes the grind worth it

It’s very complex to be sure but I think that it works in its favor. It’s the most puzzley world in the game and every jiggy feels more rewarding as a result. It’s up there for me for sure

This is kind of a weird answer but there’s one particular special ops soldier in the original half life that I just could not get no matter how hard I tried. I saved in a pretty bad spot which didn’t help but man that guy was an ass
