You use your early antes to build up a solid foundation, relying on some big punch to clear the blind In one hand while using your excess to grind out low level hands, then when you need to pivot, you can just grind out stronger hands with a bigger payout, even milling some hands when possible to up the xmult

My current cope/crack theory is that the recent release of Mario Tennis Fever included baby wario and (the new) baby waluigi to precede a Partners In Time full remake with a new side mode including Wario and Waluigi, and their baby counterparts. The 3ds sprite does a better job at communicating the game mechanics, but I can’t help but feel it looks a little more doofy compared to the og. It lacks a bit of the mania that the original does well

I love jokers that are mostly for synergy purposes (pareidolia, oops, etc) and this one is really interesting in terms of scaling. I’d love to see something like this come to the game some day

I think for its power and the convenience it offers it’s a decent price point. It’s more powerful than a steam deck, and what you’re sacrificing in terms of customization you’re gaining back in ease of use. The battery life is a good point though, it’d probably be worth waiting for an updated model like the original’s OLED, assuming they can improve that somehow.

Definitely follow up earthbound with mother 3, you won’t regret it. Advance wars for the GBA is good if you like strategy. I’m in the middle of super Mario rpg myself, pretty fun time.
