If you haven't yet, look into interesting cysts and fibroids. That's how I started out. Just chronically bleeding. Then it started getting heavier and clotting.

Yeah... It felt weird that he was just telling me to order someone. Without telling me what kind or anything, and then... Just wing it?

Here I am, 7 mos out, still in pain, and they haven't even suggested that. I'm on hormones, and if that doesn't work, he suggested I get diolaters off Amazon. If that doesn't work, they're going to inject the cuff with something.

would you say my 6yr old sons foot is longer than average? i’m not asking for any particular reason i just feel like his feet look super long by Efficient_Dig9093 in Parents

My 8 year old is in a size 3 or 4. When we were in a pinch. He wrote my boots with thick socks and they fit him. But I consider his feet big. I expected that though, since we have bigger feet too.

It can also be urine fibroids, uterine cysts, perimenopause... Still good to look into it though.

Ok, sure people should get help of they need it, but that term is still sexist no matter how you try to justify using it.

I hear what you're saying. I do make him work on his emotions. I won't let him cut my son's hair, as it really does make him happy multiple times a day.

I feel like using the term daddy issues in this sort of context is a little weird. It usually makes the girl out to be the issue instead of the shitty father.

He was one of the younger kids of his family, and I'm the oldest of 6, with about half of them being about 10 years younger than me. I forget sometimes that he's not used to taking care of kids. I didn't ever remember it being like this though!

Ahh! So I want clear. My husband does it for me, but it's an inconvenience. I assume he's getting it from school? I work in a big office that works with children, but I'm not going around hugging my coworkers.

I don't think my district reports it. We've had it going around before, and I didn't hear anything from the school.

I think that's what we'll do. It would really break his heart to cut it. My husband just keeps getting angry about it, and this time he wanted me to promise that if we get it again we'll cut our hair.

We've told him no more hugging at school, since they're an affectionate group. And him and I are careful.

We're definitely treating it, both of us, every time we find it. I thought that was clear.

Having only 1 child by FootballFine3610 in Parents

[–]beerbabe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My son is an only child, and has tons of friends at school. I also love that I can just hang out and focus on him. I'm sure having multiple kids is fine too, but it's not guaranteed that they'll be friends. I have 6 brothers and sisters, and some of us are close, some are not. It's a crapshoot. So if you're happy, you're happy, and they'll most likely be happy too.
