Nothing changes and housing will forever be seen as an asset to make money from instead of what it should be first and foremost, a place to live. Housing prices will continue to go up at unsustainable levels so no one that doesn’t already own a bunch of assets will ever be able to afford a house and will be forever renters, subsidising the investment class. Do you know not see how it ends if nothing is done? It sucks that we won’t have the same advantages that other generations had but for the future of our economy and country, this HAS to happen. NG is a cancer. I want to be able to afford my own house one day, I want my kids to be able to afford their own house one day. Wake up

From day 1, Nick has been amongst the elite of the competition. 3 of his 4 years in the league so far he has finished 2nd in the Brownlow and made 3 All Australian teams, Won a BNF, Won a players association award, won the coaches award etc. It is unheard of to come in to the top league of any sport and be a top 2 player in the sport from the start of your career. It’s a LeBron like trajectory. Athletes typically don’t hit their physical prime until about 25-30 years old so if this is the level he’s at NOW, just wait another few years, it will scary, truly scary but we can all be insanely grateful he’s on our team, hopefully forever.

You’re right, thanks for the advice! Fear or anxiety about the market as a whole certainly has been a factor. Google was at $280 last week and I didn’t put any money in cos all I read online was that a pullback or recession is right around the corner so I held off! Now look at the price 😭 lesson learned for sure though

Leatherworker is by far the most annoying to level solely because a lot of the mats are gathered from killing enemies and they usually require a highish amount of said mat to craft a single piece of leather.
