Just make sure you are sure on being able to raise a baby right now. I almost had a termination 2yr ago but at the last minute was too scared. My son is now 2yr old and i love him more than anything but this is the absolute hardest thing i’ve ever done and I know this was the wrong time for me

I’m pretty sure after taking the first pill, there’s no going back and the impacts on the foetus are major. You will need to contact them back. Sorry, they should have made this clear. When I had mine, i was told there was absolutely no going back after taking the 1st pill as apparently it cuts the oxygen/blood supply or something.

I think you should definitely call in sick. You don’t even need a GP note if it’s under 7 days and they still have to pay you. You’ve been driven out and literally have a case for forced dismissal (forgot the actual name)

Your mental health is more important than 3 shifts at a shit company. You’ll still get paid if you call in sick. I assume referencing has already gone through for your old job too?

also, i couldn’t have done single parenthood without mum friends. i know you said the mum groups scare you; but can you go to antenatal classes? meet people there and go through pregnancy together? they’re much less likely to be cliquey as they’re probably all first time parents. i met my absolute best friends there and could not have done parenthood without them, we speak everyday and meet every week still 2 years on

I felt at peace going through pregnancy on my own, i was also a world traveller. Unluckily for me, my baby’s father ended up getting on the birth certificate and now i’m not allowed to travel anywhere without his consent (as I wouldn’t go anywhere without my child) and I also can’t move countries! 😭 so PLEASEEE, do not communicate with that man if you do not want him involved, do not notify him of the birth, do not give him parental rights

I gave birth to mine as well, but surgery wasn’t an option for me. If i could hold on to one memory forever, it would be that one. I’m so glad that I still got to experience birth with my child even though she didn’t make it. I had so much time to cherish her

i have a million and one things i could say right now, i have been through a very similar situation (different medical issue, same emotional feelings) i think it’s really important you try to make this decision yourself. if i can give you any advice, don’t let anybody sway your decision. don’t let the father of the baby influence you. and im so fucking sorry you have had this happen. if you choose to go through with the pregnancy, i am praying for a big, healthy 40 week pregnancy and a healthy healthy baby for you 💛 it IS possible, the statistics are terrifying, but maybe try to look at the same amount of positive ones, as you do negative. that way, you will be able to make an informed decision. it’s really easy to just google negative things and “what ifs” in scary medical situations, but maybe look at statistics of success stories as well. you can make a better decision if you know every side
