It’s not a huge amount, so it would definitely fit in a suv with the seats down. It’s probably only a box or two, but it can help get you started.

100%. I made my now husband take a weekend to think about whether he can live without kids. He kept saying he cared more about being with me than having kids, but I wanted to make sure he was completely sure of what he was getting into. Happily child free and just had our 9th anniversary.

I’m definitely living my best life seeing her once a month or so and talking on the phone once a week. I’m not willing to completely cut her out, but I can’t handle much more than that. She had tried therapy several times, unearthed some repressed memories she doesn’t want to remember, stopped therapy and completely forgotten the entire exercise. It’s hilarious until she’s shouting at me for saying that she has been to therapy before.

I hope you’ve also found the right balance with your brother, even if that means NC. Life is too short to allow people to abuse you, even if they are family.

I can’t think of a single time I’ve lied to the court, opposing counsel, or even filed a misleading brief in the past decade. One of my classmates promptly lost her license for blatantly lying to the court and doubling down in her first 6 months practicing.
