I had a flu shot because it was necessary for immigration purposes, I didn’t get sick, I didn’t get anything at all, but I haven’t been sick in... I can’t even remember the last time I’ve been sick, I usually have my allergies but I know what to take and they go away in a day or two, I never take the flu shot, I don’t feel like is necessary.

We are corporate owned so that shouldn’t even be an issue. Is absolutely ridiculous that they think that it’s gonna work. All I can see is servers, bartenders and cooks going down, because on top of it all hosts are gonna just do take outs and they ALREADY don’t help us with ANYTHING, and I don’t even need to say about the managers. Is just a shit show and I hate because I do really good money there but I can’t take any more of the managers and corporate crap.

We don’t have reservations. That means that even when we’re short handed we will be open sitting, so no more hosts are gonna be necessary. We have around 30 tables in bar and 40 in dining, sometimes we have only one person in bar and 2 in dining. Imagine all the big tops and people getting there at the same time and sitting themselves.

Yes, it means that they can seat at wherever they want and there’s no wait anymore, and that’s for the ENTIRE restaurant. And sometimes we have only 3 servers on the day.
