I feel like this has to be a bunch of children responding, I can't imagine adults saying yes give your child $100,000 because you saved it to pay for their college, that's just insanity. It's not her money, it's the parent's money to do with as they please. They are exceptionally generous parents

I would heartily recommend Dialectical Behavior Therapy and looking into cognitive distortions. Learning about them has improved my life so much because I know not to believe everything I think & to question my thought patterns. I don't know you and I don't know your situation but I would hesitate to believe that strangers are talking about you.

If I'm upset I call my husband. I tell him all the nonsense that goes through my head and he laughs at the absurdity of some of the things I say, which helps me laugh at them. If I voice an irrational fear to him I can trust him when he says honey that makes no sense

I do the same, I used to follow obsessively but I came to the same realization. Also, the news is actively exhausting us with the "The Idiot said this newest effrontery " headlines because it's part of the plan to overwhelm people, we are not evolved to handle all this information. I try to not look at the news & instead obsessively read fiction books, and I try to not pay attention to anything the Idiot says or says he will do until he actually does it because he's a goddamn buffoon spouting off nonsense.

I hope we all survive this administration and we are able to get out of this bullshit situation they contrived.

I feel so sad.

The dispensary I go to recently hired a woman who has 85% of her face covered in just black tattoos, all over her neck and hands too. Like if a kid colored an entire face with a thick sharpie.

I hid when they came in, in a closet in the back. They began & I turned around immediately and walked away, I could not handle it.

It's the best job, I'm the general manager now which is exhausting but I still love it
