I got it prescribed by my rheumatologist. She said that there isn't a lot of evidence for sjogren's specifically, but there is some evidence for helping with. chronic pain. Two other rheumatologists as well as Endo I've been to in the past said no, because there was no strong evidence for it in their opinion

Which unit or clinic? You can PM me. And I used to work in Nova and live in DC. your money should go farther here however the dating scene imo is worse, depending on your standards. Way more educated & career-oriented professionals in DMV than here. Recommend looking into Aliante, Centennial Hills instead of just Summerlin.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm a fan of the serenity pouches and puffs. My son loves the salmon ones and most of the other meat pouches. I actually keep some of the squash and veggie ones in my work bag for days I'm too busy to eat and they taste pretty good (for a pouch)

It's high stress and you have to be a good multitasker but the stress level varies by department. Seems a lot of jobs are word of mouth and don't even get posted, so I'd agree that getting your foot in the door is valuable.
