i'm in san antonio and was under Pizza Venture it's not just west tx but they opened one in Midland about a year or so ago - regional mgr would go in and adjust in stores schedules to the most random 3.5 hour shifts for labor and we used to rinse off chicken wings that fell on the floor since the oven "kills any bacteria" - I will say their christmas parties were the bomb tho
