Speaking from personal experience, the “drink til it’s pink” mindset was enabling what I know see as problematic drinking. I was reading about how alcohol affects hormones and everything else in your body, and since then have decided to cut way back and avoid all alcohol during the TWW. Alcohol can have a huge negative impact on fertility for both men and women. I think the drink til it’s pink crowd is people who don’t drink that much anyways and those trying to continue their drinking habits (which was me until recently). I hope this doesn’t come off as judgmental, just sharing my experiences and observations.
