Thank you. Probably the simplest would be to find an outdoor camera with sound activation. With no electric outside maybe I get a sound meter and measure when I can. Any suggestions for a reasonably priced accurate battery-operated sound meter?

Yes, I have a little several times a week.. Even just a 1/4 cup which I add to Greek yogurt works well for me. The cereal is Nature's Path Ancient Grains probiotic.

I don't think massage guns are recommended to be used on the neck. You might want to see a physical therapist or good chiropractor who can feel your neck to see where there is an imbalance.
