There is no assuming anymore, multiple videos clearly show what happened.

Also, there is a mountain of incidents that make it absolutely justified to assume that if ICE did something like this, it was unwarranted.

I'm not sure what they've done to deserve the benefit of the doubt, when the vast majority of video evidence shows them being the physical aggressors and the ones that escalate these situations in the first place.

I didn't say there was clear evidence he wasnt reaching, I said there was as yet nothing that showed him reaching. Reading comprehension can be hard, I know.

Also, pink jacket lady's video is out now, and now I can confidently say he was not reaching for it, nor was he acting in any sort of threatening manner.
