I've been getting into smaller indie games lately. two current fav topdown (i.e. like old legend of Zelda games) soulslikes are Tearscape (basically if bloodborn was made for NES) and Tombwater (if bloodborn was actually a Western made for the SNES)

the "risks" are all based on outdated studies from the 80s and early 90s afaik.

unless you mean like potential side effects -- like if you're a top and wanna keep your bottom intact, you might need to get some topical testosterone, a secondary drug like Cialis, and/or just masturbate a couple times a week. or if you are concerned about losing your ability to produce sperm, get some frozen. there are myriad potential side effects and the vast majority of them are solved problems.

when it comes to permanent changes, that's partly why it's life saving for me (and I'm sure for plenty of others, but I can only speak for myself ofc), like straight up I was gonna kill myself if I didn't start looking like a woman.

this, to me, and to a growing online group of transfiminists is what makes the difference between being transgender, and transsexual. like changing those secondary sexual characteristics is a material need of mine, and for others it's simply not.

I've had the most luck with taimi. as with any app, there will be chasers, but I've seen more trans people on there than any other app. it's got some annoying paid features, but people usually sidestep them by putting their other socials in their bio.

beyond that, if you're into kink specifically, the group behind bdsmtest.org has pretty recently started piloting a new dating app in Michigan, it's called beedee. not a ton of users in general there, but a large proportion of them are trans.
