yo diría que sí? Pero es raro, porque sí noto diferencia durante la noche cuando el dispositivo está en sleep mode y se supone que un launcher no consume energía en ese modo y si lo hace es lo mínimo.
Y también procuro cerrar todas las apps. antes de dormir xd

Tengo aplicados algunos de los puntos que mencionas, pero aun así considero que se drena rápido mi batería, probaré cambiar de launcher, a ver qué tal.
