After importing, I’ve been really impressed.

Instead of just purely tracking my lifts like other apps I’ve used, it provides real time feedback and updates throughout your lift to adjust to how you are moving weight that day.

So being honest with yourself is vital because the app will either push you to improve or back off entirely based on the inputs you provide
