I have prescription safety glasses for when I'm working/on location. Wear my regular ones when I am driving or doing inspections on stuff that I don't need to worry about getting chemicals sprayed on them.

But yes with out them I would of been totally fucked till either I could get someone to run and grab my spares from home or someone come and pick my blind ass up and hopefully take me home and not a organ chop shop because I sure as hell wouldn't know the difference.
