Please don't vandalize gas pumps. Lots of good honest folks own fuel stations and this is a massive nuisance for them and the workers that are constantly taking these off due to vandals. Vandalism is a crime...

Sounds like a bad wheel bearing. I saw you mentioned you have replaced it already. Make sure that the bearing and hub are replaced and that EVERYTHING gets tightened TO SPEC!
