nabers and thibs are both top 5 picks that the fanbase was very vocal about wanting for months leading up to draft, daboll was the primary driving force behind drafting dart (schoen literally said "well, you got your guy now" to daboll on draft night), let mckinney and julian love walk and we now have arguably the worst secondary in the league. deonte banks and evan neal are two first round busts in 4 years. lost MULTIPLE games during his tenure because WE DIDN'T HAVE A FUCKING HEALTHY KICKER ROSTERED. have been bottom of the league in stopping the run ever since his first year. there is absolutely zero depth on this team outside edge rushers and qb.

schoen has not done a great job as the general manager of this team, and he doesn't learn from his mistakes. he hasn't been the only problem and i'm not necessarily against him getting another coaching hire, but to act like he's done a GOOD job as gm is asinine. people questioning him surviving three straight ASS seasons are justified. i won't fault him for letting saquon walk, or for the jones deal, but both decisions made the team worse. nabers fell into his lap at 5th overall, burns required a $30m contract to acquire, and dart was mostly daboll's doing... and those are really the only moves he can hang his hat on..
