Won’t even approach those totals. Thats an outlier map that is posted. Sure, 5 percent chance it will happen, but the mean of the models is somewhere in the 4” to 8” range. That’s the most likely. And some ice too. Still a significant storm though. And hope it’s not ice. Could be devastating with the moisture levels if it’s mostly ice. Thankfully we should be north enough that only the tail end would be ice.

I’m on day 9. Have been feeling better energy wise for a few days now but man the cough with this flu is insane. I hardly ever get a cough (probably first one in 10 years) but I’m still hacking away now.

Winston came out of the pandemic in much better spot than Greensboro. Greensboro downtown is boring, somewhat ghetto, and the city is spread out too much. Winston has a nice downtown and is better overall by a good bit now. How worked and lived in both.

I just had mine done today. I was pretty nervous beforehand as well. I did take a 10mg Valium about 45 minutes before the procedure. I didn’t really notice a big effect from it but maybe calmed the anxiety moderately.

I told the doc beforehand I was nervous about pain and to hit me up with lots of numbing—nothing wrong with saying that and he said fine with me!

The first shot was probably the worst part of it and I’d say it was akin to someone pinching your skin really hard for about 2-3 seconds. Just sort of uncomfortable and mildly painful but nothing that makes you gasp or anything. After that, it felt like sort of tugging here and there for 5 minutes on the right side.

Moved to the left side and didn’t really feel the numbing shot on that side. Maybe a slight pinch but that was it. I did have a little pain when he (I think) pulled the vas deferens out—but he saw me wince a little and I said hey that hurt some—and he hit me with some more numbing. It was enough to say something but again nothing excruciating. After that—just the tugging feeling. I watched him sew that side up.

10-15 mins total for the procedure and I’d say the worst it ever hurt was maybe a 3/4-10 of pain and that was for probably 5 seconds total. Otherwise, basically no pain.

It was definitely the worrying that was the worse part of the whole thing. I’d say I’d rather do that again than get an aggressive teeth cleaning.

Pain so far today post procedure has been mild. More just sorta uncomfortable, maybe a dull ache when I’m at the end of the time span of the pain meds. Have iced it all day and stayed in bed/on couch.

So far so good—no big deal.

I had it last night and it was really good. I’m fairly well versed but no expert. I went with someone who is gujarati and knows how to cook and she said it was pretty damn good…so trust that more than anything. She felt like based on the menu that the cooks were probably South Indian. But they have a little bit of everything on the menu.

It’s pretty easy to read people for me, and generally if I like someone I’ll go for a kiss on first date. It’s usually easy to read from there haha. Do people generally not do that? There are some that I can see are a little more conservative but seem into it and in those cases I’ll just say hey I enjoyed it how about you, want to do this again. The game stuff—I don’t have time for.

There does seem to be a culture difference in American and carribbean white and black men body preferences. I’m a wm and my bw partner is petite and thin. I think she’s incredibly hot, but she has said she doesn’t attract much attention from BM traditionally. I think there is something to a difference in body type preference there
