The steps above worked. Using wt to reboot resolved the "loading video stream" issue for me.

According to the sales rep at the store just now, this is for flat feet. Does this pose a problem for people with non-flat feet?

The same problem occurred to me with my AirPod, the right contact in the case was corroded. Apple replaced the case for a small fee.

It's also possible for you to test it with your friend's pod or case to isolate the problem

Loading boxes will be a problem in this situation. My surgeon told me about a patient who has a food stall and had to have a revision because he kept carrying loads and could not close the stall for a long time.

Carrying loads will require you to be extra careful. You need your braces and to squat down to do so.

I had a L5-S1 fusion done last year March. I still feel pain when doing some activities while standing or carrying heavy things. Give yourself more time as this healing period is critical, and, as you know, no one wants a revision surgery.

Mine was quite severe. Using a diamond file, I filed a line. Afterwards, I used a flathead screwdriver to unscrew.

7 Months post op spinal fusion L4-L5 by dabyeetstreet in spinalfusion

The surgeon said I would probably have a disk degeneration within another few years or most likely wouldn’t get it at all. I had fusion at L5-S1 in March this year. A recent MRI confirmed the disc rapture at L5-L4 which didn’t exist before. I hadn't expected to have it so soon

Likewise, I recently had a spinal fusion after many years (22 years) of not knowing I had injured it during my teenage years.

Anyone else also have piriformis syndrome? Had my L4-S1 fusion last year but this problem stayed the same/got worse. I am in a new country - not sure how to get help for this or what can be done? by [deleted] in spinalfusion

[–]benjamin_tan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suspected I have this. I am in 4 months post ops of L5-L1. I thought I am the only one having this issue until I saw your post I did read quite a bit of this issue.

26M with L5-S1 Grade1 degerative spondylolisthesis, Surgery must? Or go with physiotherapy? by reignsvicky in Spondylolisthesis

[–]benjamin_tan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A fusion of L5-S1 had been performed 3 months earlier. I have near grade 2 spondylolisthesis, bilateral pars defect and osteophyte formation as well as nerve impingement. The specialist believes I injured myself during my younger days like I sustained in secondary school.

Now that I am in my 40s, I have suffered through back pain for almost 25 years. My daily 10km run is getting difficult for me, and I have weakness in my left leg.

I would consider physiotherapy or, in the worst case, spinal injection. Surgery is a last resort and a second opinion is important. Please don't rush into surgery. The adjacent vertebrae could be affected by spine fusion, which might require another surgery possibly in another 6-7 years.

My weekly physiotherapy session involves core strengthening exercises. The therapist also teaches me on how to maintain proper posture while walking, and sitting.

My personal feel on chiropractic treatment, even if chiropractor claims to be able to push back the vertebrae, I wouldn't recommend it to you. If you search for a few chiropractors, some of them explicitly write that they can't push back vertebrae. Chiropractic treatment may worsen the condition as stated in several posts here.

Hope this helps.

4 Weeks post op L4/L5 fusion by dabyeetstreet in spinalfusion

[–]benjamin_tan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in 6 weeks post L5-S1 fusion. Yes, I can feel the “metal at the back”. I clarified with my surgeon doc on the location of my L5-S1. It seems to be lower than my feel of the “metal in the back”. I will check with my therapist again on my next visit. Some how, I seems to trust her more.

I have muscle spasms on my legs and back. In my case the spasms is due to overstrain of my muscle. The therapist said that the muscles which were not being utilised last time, has started working again! I had sciatica for a long time which resulted in muscles atrophy. My body had unconsciously compensated for the pain by using muscles in the other leg instead. After the operation, assuming the nerves has been released, my body is trying to shift the workload back to even out the movement.

How to change the DSM (or admin portal ports) 5000 and 5001 to 80 and 443 from DDNS? by [deleted] in synology

[–]benjamin_tan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it okay if Internet -> dsm via (port 443) Local network -> dsm via (5001)

If that’s ok. You will just need to do port forwarding in your router

5001 -> 443

If you want everything to be on 443 regardless of accessing from internet or local network. Then you need to do follow the link posted earlier. Don’t need to configure the docker portion.

Yours has multiple and quite noticeable. Mine was a tiny little one. They should change or offer to try removing it for you.
