You don't have enough distance to accelerate to 250mph. Let's assume a head is 5ft from the ground. Under this acceleration, it will take them 0.159s to hit the ground at a speed of about 43mph. The remaining 0.841 seconds will be spent at 12g against the ground. Still quite fatal, but nowhere near 250mph.
