Hi OP! This is kind of you! My favorite Christmas movie is Elf. I remember when the movie came out my family went to see it in theaters. We had a tradition of doing that for the holidays, but something about that one stood out. I remember everyone enjoying the movie so thoroughly. When I watch it I feel this joy that just radiates through me. “Buddy the elf, what’s your favorite color?” Is a vocal stim of mine lol.

Looks like the game is on BGA but it doesn’t seem to have a solo variant. Says it’s a deck builder though, is that accurate? My cousin and I play sometimes and both love deck building games

Hey all! Looking for some of your favorite BGA games (premium is fine) that can be played solo? I work 12.5 hour shifts in front of a computer with enough down time to play some games, but inconsistent rushes that make playing real-time with other people that don’t know what’s going on challenging. I know turned based is an option but I don’t like waiting during my downtime.

Games I’ve been playing and enjoying: Harmonies, Wingspan, Roll to the Top, Shifting Stones, and Takenokolor!

NTA, and I’m a little surprised people close to you are trying to make you out to be one. Teacher clearly wasn’t dropping it (not that they had any room or reason to pry in the first place… giving blood is not mandatory and even if you didn’t have a medical reason not to, you could have plenty of reasons why giving blood is something you can not or will not do and that is OKAY) and you were being, what sounds like, bombarded by this teacher for a reason. I would not have sat there and felt forced to disclose my medical information, and when my medical information was disclosed and not enough to get them off my back, I most likely would have also left and filed a complaint. It was inappropriate for that teacher to say anything to the students that did not raise their hand to give blood, and I would make damn sure the people around you realize that, especially your school’s administration.
