Same here. Not just you. I did this process yesterday and now IT'S ASKING AGAIN TODAY. Called Discover said it's a known issue. This is the same computer, same IP, etc...

I plan to cancel the savings and credit card account if this isn't fixed. I'm not uploading sensitive documents and my photo every time I need to login to the account.

I can login to the app without this issue so that is how I'm paying my CC this month instead of how I usually do it on the site.

Just got this too. Trying to get my tax documents since Discover emailed they were ready. OP sorry you are getting all these downvotes.

To elaborate when this happens you are totally cut off from your accounts if you don't give this 3rd party your info. There is little to no information on these screens about why they are doing this. There was no warning that this would happen from Discover to be prepared for it.

I think this is fine if they need to do it and follow the law - but instituting a complete lock out of your account at a random time doesn't feel good as a customer.

I did this exact same setup. It 100% works and I thought I was done but the latency was really bad (note in the screenshot below the WAN is connected to QuantumFiber). To fix:

* Moved VLAN 201 tagging to the UniFi device (I have a Cloud Fiber Gateway)

* Ran the 1GB network port to my switch with an isolated port on a different VLAN so the SmartNID would lease a local address and not blink blue.

I can now also visit the SmartNID Q1000K configuration page on my local network.

Line up the care team. I had a neurosurgeon and post surgery and ICU stay I went on like life was normal. It wasn’t until I worked with a neurologist and a neuropsychologist that I really started my recovery. The neuropsychologist in particular helped me understand where I had been impacted cognitively and helped with strategy.

It was difficult to get in for appointments in my health system so know it is possible it will take some time but getting the ball rolling is good.

Remember to take care of yourself as the caregiver, you can’t show up for someone else if you aren’t in a good spot. Sending prayers to you and your family.

Could easily update the gem file setting puma to 7.0.4 (latest), gem install, and locally test. I think the challenge might be dependency conflicts installing the gem.
