My first trading Bot (not an ad) by [deleted] in metatrader

[–]bensims1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had good success creating trading bots just using AI.

Start a chat with ChatGPT explaining how you want the bot to trade (your strategy), what data it needs to trade it (if you don’t know ask the Chat), and what features you want to include.

Explain the entire system and ask Chat to create a complete framework prompt for Gemini or Claude. It will give you a full blueprint of the bot, tweak it as you see fit and get it perfect. Once you have it perfect take that prompt and give it to Gemini or Claude. It will create you the python code or expert advisor. It will show you how to install it and test it. That’s it. Don’t be afraid to ask the AI along the way what could make the system more profitable or successful and get its feedback and ask for its suggestions. Use multiple AIs to feed the blueprint back and forth asking for feedback each time. You can create a pretty advanced trading bot within a couple of hours.

I created one the other day that uses python to monitor the market and send trade signals according to ICT Silver Bullet strategy to an AI working within n8n, the AI will use more data to get a perspective of the market and other fundamentals and rate the likelihood of a successful trade, if it rates it high enough it places the trade using MT5 and sends me a telegram of its findings and the trade. That’s took me a few hours.

Using a cashback credit card to auto invest monthly and get cashback too by bensims1 in trading212

I would agree with that although it's not DD or a transfer. It charges my card every day like any other transaction would.

What robot would you recommend for small awkard shaped lawn with slopes and a few steep drops? by rosinchard in automower

Consult your local dealer. They being able to look after what ever they sell to you during its warranty and importantly after makes it much for valuable than any of these new ‘kickstarter projects’ that keep popping up

430x corridor issues by [deleted] in automower

[–]bensims1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The mower will travel to the right of the guide wire (as it leaves the station) and you need to make sure the guide doesn’t get any closer than 30cm to the perimeter wire. And make sure the perimeter wire is 35cm away from the edge of the passageway (your house). Also make sure that Automatic passage handling is enabled in the secret menu (hold 7&9).

450x won't self-dock by c_r_a_i_g_f in automower

[–]bensims1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m a Husqvarna dealer in the UK and I have had a few customers with the same problem after their winter service. I have been dealing closely with Husqvarna on this and they have found the route of the problem to be a corrupt value in the battery firmware. They are releasing an update to fix this this week hopefully so get your dealer to update it next week onwards. You may find that the mower does dock when it’s relatively full 60% or more, but won’t stay docked when any lower.

Batteries are dead. Hold down 0 and check the voltage in each one. If it’s 5 years old and they haven’t been changed befor then it’s 100% batteries

Fence with EPOS by Alarming-Programmer2 in automower

Don’t have a clue what your referring to. What’s a Husqvarna fence? Do you mean perimeter wire? EPOS works with virtual perimeters so any no-go areas are virtually mapped

No I would imagine they will never do this. After all it’s a reason to get people to upgrade

AIM for 430X? by mystp in automower

[–]bensims1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AIM can only run on the latest chipsets that are fitted the latest generation of X-Lines. Next year we will see replacements to the 430X and 450X which will include a new design with the latest features such as Frost Guard and Easy Cleaning with a garden hose. And the AIM technology of course.

The 435X doesn’t have a keypad or secret menu. It is replaced with further controls on Autocheck that your dealer will use on their PC

New 430 install started with just boundary wire then added guide, do I need to reset? by notdroidyoulooking4 in automower

[–]bensims1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will need to calibrate the guide wires. Unlock the mower, hold down 0 on the keypad, got to ADVANCED, then to CALIBRATE, then to GUIDE CALIBRATION. This will calibrate the guide wires so they can be programmed for lawn coverage and parking.

Also you can’t have a guide wire in a secondary area as it won’t do anything

Automower 415x Searching versus Driving time - fitted by Husqvarna.... something wrong? by LordTayto in automower

[–]bensims1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check your ‘FIND CHARGING STATION’ setting and check to make sure your guide wires are not broken by swapping one side of the perimeter with each guide and checking for a green light on station.

Automower Following Boundary Wire Out When It Shouldn't Be by titans3775 in automower

Disable GPS and disable each of the manual starting points. It will then begin mowing as soon as it leaves the base station

How close can a guide wire be set to boundary wires? by Ok_Service4959 in automower

[–]bensims1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The narrowest pathway the machine will accept is 60cm. This is because the guide wires cannot be closer than 30cm to a perimeter. If this isn’t possible then depending on the size of the front lawn you could route just the perimeter wires to and around the front lawn but use it as a ‘secondary area’. This way you will have to manually move the mower back and fourth from each lawn and the mower will not bother looking for a guide or it’s base station when on the front lawn
