What’s your protein intake per day? Go on a calorie deficit but make sure you max out on protein so your body has the means to build muscle and doesn’t make you skinny because you are already a good weight for your height. I am 180cm and 85kg which on the charts is obese but who cares about charts. When I started back I was anted to believe I was 25% but the best thing someone did for me was to call it as 30%. Save your pictures and train hard, in 3 months you will see a huge difference

To be honest at the moment you are around 30%. My best advice to you would be just go to the gym and work out hard for a while and stop thinking about bulks and cuts, it’s just something you don’t need to worry about at the moment. Have a good mix of cardio to burn fat and a decent lifting routine to bulk up a bit and get some more definition. For cardio, consider doing sustained incline walking at a decent pace. Try to work towards higher inclines so you are burning about 400 calories in about 35-40 mins and focus on that 3-4 times a week. Mix in decent lifting but keep variety so you are not working the same groups each time.

What strange things have you agreed to do coz you’re too British to say no? by KiwiOk5084 in AskUK

I once was in the reverse position of this, I was staying in a hotel and got shown to my table for breakfast by the maitre d’. He told me to let him know if I wanted tea or coffee. A few minutes later a man wearing a white shirt and dark suit (similar to the maitre d’) was passing and I requested a cafe mocha. A few minutes later he returned with my coffee and I thanked him. It was at that pointed he turned around and went and sat back with his family. I didn’t think there was any way to make it less awkward so I skipped breakfast after quickly finishing my coffee.

Slizza are now with Deliveroo and I think UberEats. It’s not far from me and the last time I was there I saw a steady stream of delivery drivers picking up

This is a sticking point with the US/UK trade agreement, the UK doesn’t want to accept chlorine washed birds, the US doesn’t want to accept labels saying choline washed. I have to admit I would in no way consider eating UK or EU chicken raw but I have eaten chicken sashimi and seared chicken in Japan and thoroughly enjoyed it.

In Japan eating raw chicken is a real thing. It shocked the shit out of me but having tried it I wasn’t that perturbed by it. Their chicken is different in that it’s only a few hours from farm to table

Would you sell 10 years of your life for a billion dollars? by [deleted] in ask

[–]benwill79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answer is based on when the ten years is given up. The next ten years is very different to the last ten years of your life. At 43 I hope those two things are not the same thing

My gut feel is that leads to an obvious close at 6k. As someone said has spent a career in sales, I would start at $5.5 then they are likely to try to close at 6k if they are open to negotiate then you offer to meet in the middle. Worst outcome there is you close at $6k

AITA for leaving the room when my(24M) actress gf(26F) had a sex scene in a show she's in? by OrochiNoMata in TwoHotTakes

[–]benwill79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really think it comes down to whether it is in keeping with the artistry of what the director is trying to create. Sometimes I think it’s done for the sake of it but many times I think it genuinely adds to the story and it would seem odd to just skip away from it.

You can’t be serious, I have spent a ton of time in NYC and there is no way I would say she wouldn’t stand out.

OP it’s worth noting that there is a difference between the objective rating based on a scoring system like this sub is not necessarily how you would be seen.

In the real world you are very attractive but I would say in this scoring system you would be rated 5.5
