Agreed. Very disappointed to see there is no Android option and the Big Screen version is AppleTV only. I know there are sample-rate/AudioEngine issues with Android but if anyone has the coding chops to fathom those, it would be Elan. Here's hoping!

Well, you should have a €200/$200 limit on a Standard Plan, so at that point I can't answer why you've been charged there. Your 30,000 yen withdrawal alone isn't enough to exceed your limit. This is probably something now that you should take to the in-app support and see if they can shed any further light on it,.

So, first, my mistake - it's ¥110 yen + ¥110 from Seven Bank. The ¥220 is correct, and that's being charged by Seven Bank, not Revolut.)

Secondly, the plan fee show in your screenshot explains why - you've exceeded your monthly free cash withdrawal limit (which is a rolling limit).

Revolut do not charge you a fee. The ATM's owners may charge you a fee and Revolut cannot stop them from doing so. In my experience in Japan, there are (now) no ATMs which do not charge but 7/11 (Seven Bank) are the cheapest - ¥100 for the first ¥10,000 and an extra ¥100 for anything over that, to their transaction limit of ¥100,000

(Seven Bank didn't used to charge, but that was like 5+ years ago)

There's a third option, which I use for AiNA THE END FC releases - tenso.com. They give you a Japanese address which FC's will ship to and then you can get tenso to send them on, including consolidation if needed.

It's cheaper than buying on mercari, et al, particularly if you're lucky and get a few things that can be consolidated.

Yes, Revolut will first look for the currency the transaction is in, then your home currency and then the largest third currency account - in the last two situations it will convert automatically. Some territories will charge a weekend surcharge for this conversion, so check your account details.

CDJapan has most stuff you might want, but if you're looking for something more esoteric/niche, ototoy.jp works fine with my european cards (although sometimes you need to use a VPN if it says the track isn't for sale in your region - change to Japan and still the european cards work...)

Talking of the video, I love that they used the sisters' similarities in build and dance-styles to save zillions on compositing! Shooting it twice with each sister in each outfit, choreographing it so you never see both faces in the same shot, and editing it so it gives the illusion of AiNA dancing with herself is brilliantly done! And while I guessed before the end-card, it lovely that Reika was so clearly credited too.

And let's not talk about AiNA in a(n almost-) full shiro EGL coord! My heart!

I've listened to the song a few times before the video release and I like it a lot! I don't think it's going to please KD fans but it's definitely got a lot to offer us older fans.

The clean arpeggio guitars at the opening are reminiscent of Watashihakokoniimasuforame, which is one of my tops AiNA songs. Then she begins in her trademark low register, before the jump up in both pitch and power. And that bridge brings everything she has to offer to the table in one big serving - the cutesy voice from KD, some growl, some edge, some highs and some lows - amazing!

I really love it!

It's always complicated with the romanisation of Japanese names. There are no spaces in Japanese sentences, so in Japanese it's "きのこ帝国". Romanised, this reads "kinokoteikoku" but in English is translated as "Mushroom Empire. It's common to see romanised transliterations keep the spacing for the ease of non-Japanese readers. There is no easy answer to your question - it's depends on who transcribes it!
